The SIMAD Executive Leadership Institute (eLead) is Somalia’s first Executive Education Institute and a national platform for leadership, governance, and institutional performance. Established within SIMAD University, the Institute prepares senior leaders to strengthen decision-making, improve execution, and ensure institutional continuity across the public, private, and civic sectors.

Through executive education, applied learning, and cross-sector dialogue, the Institute develops leaders who not only grow individually but also strengthen the institutions they serve.
